The following command will create a floppy image in /tmp
dd if=/dev/zero of=/tmp/floppyimage.flp bs=1K count=1440
mkfs.vfat /tmp/floppyimage.fpl
sudo mount -o loop /tmp/floppyimage.flp /mnt
sudo cp kickstartfile /mnt/ks.cfg (see paragraph for details)
sudo umount /mnt
